Work work work
Aug. 30th, 2005 12:07 amBack in the saddle again after a fun-filled, industrious weekend. Well, maybe not so industrious since really about the only that got done was some inkwash work on a strip, gettin' some awesome new inking pens (Copic, how do I love thee?), and spending a crapload of time being absorbed in doodling and reading manga.
But hey, I've updated ye olde site a bit and am starting to shake the cobwebs off the old brain. At least enough to come up with a few punch-lines.
Also, totally inspired for the weight loss thing. Apparently Buzzy lost 40 lbs on WeightWatchers alone, and an additional 23 with regular exercise. All I gots to do is try to eat regularly at home and at work and stay away from the vending machines. Those bastards are evil. EVIL!
So far... eh, hit and miss. Had healthy sushi, followed by horrible DQ Blizzard. But I'm chugging the water like it's goin' outta style. Yee haw.
Oh, and cute Kiddo Moment of the Weekend:
After deliberately smacking the dog with something (I forget what, but it wasn't too soft, I remember) and being chastized, he went up to Ne and said "Hiii!" in his most manipulatively cute face. And when at first she didn't crack, he just. Kept. Trying.
Insufferably cute child. He'll be the death of my, I'm sure.
